GCs are nonrefundable, not returnable and cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash or used for gratuity.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All team members of LANPHIER value your time! In return– we ask the same! If for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for 24 hour notice. If you happen to miss your appointment or cancel within less than 24 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the TOTAL service cost.
If you continue canceling appointments or miss your appointment without the 24 hour notice, LANPHIER requires an advanced deposit to book your next appointment.
