CANCELLATION POLICY
All team members of LANPHIER value your time! In return- we ask the same! If for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for 24 hour notice. If you continue canceling appointments last minute or choose to miss your appointment without any notice, LANPHIER reserves the right to ask for advanced deposit to book your next appointment. If you happen to miss your appointment or cancel within less than 24 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the TOTAL service cost.
